This Orlando-based home remodeling company had an outdated website that wasn’t generating leads from search. Their service area was competitive — dozens of remodeling companies competing for the same Orlando keywords. The old site had no location-specific pages, no service silos, and no conversion path beyond a generic contact form.

We rebuilt the entire site: new architecture, new content, new conversion paths. Every page was designed to answer a specific search query and lead to a phone call or estimate request. This case study covers the first 7 days after launch — the earliest signal that the strategy was working.

Location + Service Pages

Built dedicated pages for each service in each location: Kitchen Remodeling Orlando, Bathroom Remodeling Orlando, Home Additions Orlando, Whole Home Remodeling. Each page had unique content, local signals, and a clear phone CTA.

Trust Architecture

Built an About page, project gallery, and before/after sections. Added LocalBusiness, Service, and Review schema. Created the trust signals that home services buyers need before they pick up the phone.

Conversion-First Design

Every page ended with a phone number or estimate form. No dead ends. The site architecture naturally guided visitors from “researching” to “calling.” 38 phone call events in the first week proved it worked.

205 active users (+12%). 175 new users (+14.4%). The remodeled site immediately attracted more visitors than the old one — and they were almost entirely new prospects, not returning customers.
